kuryakyn hypercharger for harley davidson motorcycles
A hypercharger is for those who want the utmost out of their Harley Davidson. Kuryakyn Hyperchargers are known by many hardcore Harley owners as the hypercharger of choice when they want to upgrade their rides. On a lot of bikes, a Kuryakyn hypercharger will boost your horsepower by somewhere in the 6 to 10 horsepower range over a stock air cleaner. You can then add a carb recalibration kit and a high performance exhaust and you can expect to get a gain as much as a 15 horsepower increase to the rear wheels.

Obviously everyone's mileage may differ due to a huge variety of factors including how you ride, climate conditions, and other modifications you've done to your Harley Davidson motorcycle as well as the age and wear and tear on the engine. But it goes without saying, when all things are equal, changing out your stock air filter for a Kuryakyn Hypercharger will give you some oomph at the rear wheels.

As if that wasn't enough, they come in a wide range of styles and colors to further make your Harley one bad ass looking machine. It'll definitely be a head turner and I'd expect you'd get more than one compliment or "Hey Dude, what kind of hypercharger is that, it's bad ass!" You could say I know this from experience!

Will A Kuryakyn Hypercharger Void the Warranty On My Harley Davidson Motorcycle?

Well, I can't say. All I can say is that for me personally, I didn't care. I wanted high performance and I wanted it yesterday! I would have asked my dealer, but they're the type of people who tell you everything will void your warranty. Got some aftermarket tassles on the handlebars? Oh, sorry, that voids your warranty.  I could only imagine what they would have said if I'd asked them about adding a hypercharger!

The best advice I can give you is to contact Harley Davidson directly about adding a Kuryakyn hypercharger to your Hawg and get it in writing if they say it won't. Then if you do have a problem, take your "in writing" proof and show to your dealer!
